A ready mixed screed with an accelerator in it (Rapid Screed) will cure in around 14 days and be suitable for some floor coverings.
Mapei Topcem and Reanol Xtreme are hand mixed on site products which can receive floor coverings from as little as 4 days.
All of these products can be used with Underfloor Heating Systems and are fantastic if you need to install floor coverings quickly.
